As part of the works for the Nether Poppleton Project,Weekend 12 during a 28hr Possession & Road Closure saw the KGJ Price Rail Ltd Civil’s teams in Action again Undertaking the Installation of a 29m URX using a suction vacuum to carry out the Excavation. The installation Consisted of 2x chambers 1x 1800m, 1x 1550mm & 6x 27meters of Ducting Connecting YN/YO corners together. During the Excavation we came across Many Types of Services at Different Depths Throughout the Road which made the Installation of the 6x ducts Difficult but due to the Proactive thinking & Experience from The Site Teams all were Installed to Design. All planned works were completed and handed back on time without any issues.
